VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS

Vocational training programs in Indonesian humanitarian program will focus on the following

1. Accomplish as many vocational programs as possible in many technical trainings so as to create skilled labors.


2. Build vocational training program centers in many villages and coordinate with technical experts from both domestic and overseas.


3. Coordination with expertise to procure required machinery, tools, and eaquipment in the vocational training programs.


4. Focus the applicable programs and prepare the trainess for job creations an create added valus for skilled labors focusing on women and children sustaining complementary products.


5. Select qualified trainers and trainess to be recruited according the goals of the programs to be achieved.


6. Establish joint training programs with interested parties (enterprise, workshops, government bodies, ect).


7. Involve universities’ expert and conduct monitoring programs.
